Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with us! We know you are excited to get your Monarch Boutique order, so we will be sure to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 9 AM CST each day are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During sales and promotions, it may take an extra 1-2 days to process orders. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer domestic free shipping for orders over $100 (USPS Ground).
In-Store Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 210 W. Main St. Denison, TX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-6pm Tuesday-Friday, 10am-5pm Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipping Methods
We ship nationally and internationally through USPS and UPS. Of course, the cost depends on the size of the order and the shipping destination.
As you proceed to check-out, the cost of shipping will show. Shipper selected by customer will be used unless authorized by customer for change in service. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs include brokerage, duty & taxes (export/import). Packages shipped within the U.S. can be tracked through your customer account. To track international packages, please contact customer service.
We offer international shipping and recommend USPS for most shipments. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including brokerage, duty & taxes (export/import). Shipping times will vary and can be up to 14 days. We cannot be responsible for those fees.
USPS Shipments (Within the US):
First Class/Parcel: 4-9 business days
Priority: 3-5 business days
Express: 2-3 business days
USPS International Shipments (Includes Canada):
First Class-Parcel: 2 weeks
These are estimated shipping times. Delays in customs for international shipments can also increase shipping time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@monarch.boutique with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
