Return Policy

Returns

We are happy to accept your return for exchange only up to 7 days from your purchase. All returns must be exchanged for product on day of return only and refunds will not be issued. A credit note for unused balance under $10 will be issued for future purchases. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange for any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-refundable.

We also do not accept products that are personal care or intimate (includes bodysuits). Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges/Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your exchange will be processed for pick up or shipping. If there is a balance due for the exchange, an invoice will be sent for payment and the exchange order will be shipped or prepared for pick up once payment is complete. 

Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@monarch.boutique and send your item to: Monarch Boutique, 210 W. Main Street, Denison, TX 75020 United States or drop it off in person.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

Shipper selected by customer will be used unless authorized by customer for change in service. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs include brokerage, duty & taxes (export/import).  

Customers will be notified for store pick up.

Promotions for shipping will apply to orders as applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchange merchandise, shipping of exchange product will be charged to the customer.  Exchanged merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of returned items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
